Many Tricity buyers consider Vastu when choosing a home — entrance direction, kitchen placement and the master bedroom's position are common priorities. At GB Jacob & Co Residences, official floor plans have not yet been released.
Large formats (indicative 3,500–8,000+ sq.ft.) often allow more flexibility in room placement. Once plans are out, compare facings and layouts across towers.

How to Shortlist a Vastu-Friendly Unit
When the layout is released, request the north arrow on each floor plan, list units by entrance facing and mark kitchen and bedroom positions before you visit.
Ask whether minor internal changes are permitted before possession, and get any approved changes in writing.
